Surgical Management of the Stiff Shoulder | Seminar

This is an informal session providing the chance to ask the surgical questions you've always wanted to ask!   

 

 

Mr Khalid Mohammed (Orthopaedic Surgeon) talks about the surgical management of frozen shoulder and glenohumeral joint osteoarthritis including:

  • Clinical differential diagnosis
  • Orthopaedic referral criteria
  • Surgical techniques and outcomes
  • Post-operative considerations

 Dr Angela Cadogan (Physiotherapy Specialist) will then cover post-operative rehabilitation principles for:

  • Manipulation under anaesthesia (MUA)
  • Arthroscopic capsular release
  • Anatomic, total shoulder arthroplasty
  • Reverse, total shoulder arthroplasty

You will be registered on the online learning site where you can access all seminar information, pre-reading and evaluation surveys.
